Abstract:
A data recording apparatus for an automobile in the present invention is provided with: a wearable terminal (1) for detecting a vital sign of an automobile driver by putting the wearable terminal (1) on the automobile driver's body; a terminal communication unit (21) for receiving a detection result from the wearable terminal (1); a state determining unit (22) for determining, on the basis of an automobile state, whether or not the automobile driver is in a normal state in which the automobile driver feels little stress while driving; and an event data recorder (23) for recording, when the state determining unit (22) determines that the automobile driver is in a normal state, the detection result received by the terminal communication unit (21) as normal-state data for a predetermined period of time.
