Abstract:
Provided is an automobile and diesel exhaust-gas infrared steam reformer, comprising a miniature shallow tank body (1) which accepts fuel ignition and combines with exhaust gas to perform combustion and activate an infrared upright double narrow-wall interlayer that accomodates water, absorbs heat, and produces gas; the tank body (1) is internally provided with a catalytic reaction bed (2) and an infrared combustion net (3), and uses fuel ignition combined with exhaust gas combustion to generate infrared rays, and a mixed gas of infrared radiation water-accommodating heating gas and exhaust gas; the mixed gas repeatedly accepts infrared radiation and comes into contact with a catalyst to form a plurality of chemical reactions, thus decomposing and undergoing modification to produce hydrogen gas; hydrogen gas takes the place of ignited fuel, such that the exhaust gas continues to burn and work is done towards the elimination of pollution.
