Abstract:
An automobile gear polishing machine having a fine adjustment function comprises a cylindrical housing (1). A first annular recess (2) is arranged at a central portion of an inner wall of the cylindrical housing (1). A first gear (3) engages at the first annular recess (2). A container (6) is connected to one side of the cylindrical housing (1). A second gear (7) is provided inside the container (6). The second gear (7) sequentially passes through the container (6) and the cylindrical housing (1) to enter the first annular recess (2) and engage with the first gear (3). An output shaft of a driving motor (8) connected to a top portion of an inner cavity of the container (6) is connected to the second gear (7). A base (9) is connected to a bottom of an inner cavity of the cylindrical housing (1). A supporting base (10) is connected to a central portion of the top of the base (9). A sliding block (12) is connected to the interior of a sliding groove (11) arranged at the top of the supporting base (10). A supporting post (13) is connected to the top of the sliding block (12). The top of the supporting post (13) extends out of the sliding groove (11) to connect to a polishing base (14). The automobile gear polishing machine can polish teeth of a gear in a fine adjustment manner, such that the teeth of the gear can be sufficiently polished, thereby exhibiting excellent polishing effect, and enhancing practicability of the gear.
