Abstract:
Disclosed are an improved automobile headrest and an automobile seat having the improved automobile headrest. The automobile headrest comprises a bracket (200), and a headrest body (100) arranged on the bracket (200), wherein the headrest body (100) is internally provided with a first cavity and a second cavity which are independent of each other, the first cavity and the second cavity are each internally provided with a loudspeaker unit, and the two loudspeaker units are respectively located on the left and right sides of the headrest body (100). The automobile headrest has a simple structure, a small size and a good visual field.
