Disclosed is an automobile heat-dispersing shielding plate, comprising a flexible shielding material, a solar battery panel, a direct-current fan and an automatic winding device, wherein the flexible shielding material can be conveniently and quickly deployed and retracted by means of the automatic winding device.The heat-dispersing shielding plate can be conveniently suctioned and assembled on an inner side of an automobile window by means of a configured suction disc structure. Two ends of the flexible shielding material are rigid shielding plates connected to the automatic winding device via a support, such that the actions of deployment and retraction of the flexible shielding material are more stable. Suction discs, the solar battery panel and the direct-current fan are fixed on the rigid shielding plates, preventing the heat-dispersing shielding plate being deformed under the gravitational weight of the suction discs, the solar battery panel and the direct-current fan, thus better adhering to the inner side of an automobile window, ensuring the maximum shielding area, improving the shielding effect, and the ageing flexible shielding material can be rapidly replaced by means of clamping connection via the supports.
