Abstract:
The present invention provides: an automobile instrument panel surface material having refined appearance and the touch of a soft fluff; and a method for manufacturing same. This automobile instrument panel surface material includes an ultra-fine fiber in average filament diameter of 0.3-7 μm and polyurethane and has fluff comprising the ultra-fine fiber, and is characterized in that, out of the color fastness to light measured under a condition that a xenon arc quantity in a light-fastness measurement method of JIS L0843: 2006 is 110 MJ/m2, discoloration by grayscale evaluation is grade 3.5 or higher, and a glass fogging degree measured under a heating temperature of 100°C and heating time of 20 hours in a glass fogging evaluation method of ISO 6452: 2007 is 10.0% or less.
