Abstract:
An automobile luggage rack automatic stud spot welding device, comprising a frame (1), wherein the frame (1) is provided with a workpiece fixing jig (2), a spot welding machine (5) which is located above the workpiece fixing jig (2), a vibration disc (14), a conveying rail (15) which is fixed on the vibration disc (14), and a servo mechanical hand which conveys studs at an end of the conveying rail (15) onto an automobile luggage rack. Spot welding positions of the spot welding machine (5) are provided with two spot welding heads (6), the two spot welding heads (6) respectively face two stud welding positions on the automobile luggage rack, and the end of the conveying rail (15), the servo mechanical hand and the two spot welding heads (6) are arranged in a straight line. The studs are conveyed via the vibration disc (14), the servo mechanical hand grasps and precisely positions the studs for a welding operation, and the whole operation process is completed automatically, thereby preventing residual welding heat from hurting people, increasing safety, solving quality abnormalities caused by worker operational factors, ensuring welding accuracy and quality, and significantly decreasing worker labour intensity.
