An automobile power actuated adjustable steering column comprises a steering shaft (1), an upper support (3), a left side plate (4), and a right side plate (5). Two ends of the steering shaft (1) are provided inside the upper support (3) via a bearing (2). The outer side of the upper support (3) is provided with a manual controller (6), and a first sliding groove (8) and a second hole site (9) are symmetrically provided in the left and right sides of the upper support (3). A third sliding groove (10) and a fourth sliding groove (11) are each symmetrically provided in the left side plate (4) and the right side plate (5). The inner side of the right side plate (5) is provided with an up-down telescopic motor (12) connected to an adapter plate (13). The lower end of the adapter plate (13) is connected to a front-rear angle motor (14) connected to a connecting plate (15). The steering device features a high degree of automation, and the power actuated adjustment has a large range and low operating force. A screw rod of the motor can be automatically corrected during moving, and the adjustment is steady and smooth, prolonging the service life of the motor.
