A sunshade device (40) is provided to the inner surface of a panorama roof panel (14).  The sunshade device (40) is provided with a sheet-like shade member (42b) capable of being pulled out and taken up in the front-rear direction of an automobile, and also with a shade cover member (46) capable of covering the shade member (42b) in a taken-up state.  The shade cover member (46) consists of a long rigid body and is mounted in a left-right direction of the automobile along a take-up shaft (52b) of the shade member (42b).  The opposite ends of the shade cover member (46) are fixed to an automobile body (20).
