The present invention relates to an automobile seat and an automobile comprising same. The automobile seat comprises: a mounting support; a cushion, the cushion being slidably fixed on the mounting support; a connecting support, the connecting support being fixedly connected to the cushion; a backrest, the lower portion of the backrest being rotatably fixed on the connecting support; and a supporting support, the supporting support being provided with a movable end rotatably fixed on the backrest and a fixed end suitable for being fixed on the body of the automobile, wherein when the cushion slides relative to the mounting support, the connecting support drives the backrest to slide together, and meanwhile, the backrest rotates relative to the connecting support under the action of the supporting support. According to the automobile of the present invention, linkage adjustment of the cushion and the backrest can be conveniently achieved, such that the comfort of the automobile seat is improved, and the structure of the automobile seat is simplified, thereby facilitating machining and manufacturing, reducing machining costs, and reducing product weight.
