Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automobile seat illuminating device and a method for controlling the same. The device comprises: a seat heating means; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a seat; a heat manipulating means for operating the seat heating means; a seat light-emitting means having a plurality of lamps; and a control unit for receiving the temperature of the seat heating means, which has been detected by the temperature sensor, and controlling the seat light-emitting means. Thus, the color of the light emitted by the seat light-emitting means is changed according to the temperature of the seat heating means, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle and enabling the driver to easily notice the change in the temperature of the seat.
