An automobile sun visor, an automobile, and an electronic tag for intelligent traffic. The automobile sun visor comprises a casing (116), and further comprises a radio frequency antenna (103), and an on board unit (101). The radio frequency antenna (103) is placed outside the casing (116) and is used for receiving and sending communication signals. The on board unit (101) is accommodated inside the casing (116) and is used for performing data interaction with an IC card and performing data interaction with a third-party communication device by using the radio frequency antenna (103). A card insertion mechanism for accommodating an IC card is further disposed on the casing (116). The on board unit (101) is integrated inside the casing (116) of the automobile sun visor, so that in one aspect a perfect combination of the on board unit (101) and the automobile is achieved, and in another aspect normal communication of the on board unit (101) is not affected. In a preferred example, a high sensitivity wake unit is used in the on board unit (101), so as to prevent signal attenuations caused by a windshield of an automobile and influence on communication between the on board unit (101) and a road side unit.
