Title:
AUTOMOBILE UNDERCARRIAGE COMPONENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/196869
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An automobile undercarriage component according to the present invention is provided with a welded joint in which a first steel sheet and a second steel sheet each having tensile strength of 780 MPa or more are overlaid on each other and a fillet weld part is formed between an edge surface of the first steel sheet and a surface of the second steel sheet, wherein the chemical components for a weld metal that forms the welded joint include, in % by mass relative to the whole mass of the weld metal, 0.02 to 0.30% of C, 0.10% or more and less than 1.0% of Si, 1.2 to 3.0% of Mn, 0.002 to 0.30% of Al, 0.005 to 0.30% of Ti, more than 0% and 0.015% or less of P and more than 0% and 0.030% or less of S and satisfy the requirements represented by formulae (1A), (1B), (2) and (3), and a slag in a weld toe of the fillet weld part satisfies the requirement represented by formula (4). Formula (1A): [Al]+[Ti] > 0.05 Formula (1B): [Ti]/[Al] > 0.9 Formula (2): 7×[Si]+7×[Mn]-112×[Ti]-30×[Al] ≦ 12 Formula (3): 2.0 < [Si]+[Mn] Formula (4): [Content of Ti in surface of slag] > [content of Si in surface of slag]
