Abstract:
In disk (3a) of automobile wheel (1a), each of multiple hub surface round corner
portions (20) provided at intervals on virtual circle (26) set around the center
of hub hole (10) as a virtual center so as to surround the hub hole (10) is subjected
to compression forming that induces work hardening, thereby imparting a compressive
residual stress. Consequently, the strength of each of the hub surface round
corner portions (20) is enhanced.
