Abstract:
An automotive body joining position optimization analysis method according to the present invention involves: setting the entirety or a part of an automotive body model as a model to be analyzed (S1); setting a candidate weld line and generating a weld line optimization analysis model 151 (S3); setting a fluctuation load condition (S5); setting a target fatigue life (S6); performing weld line sensitivity analysis (S7); generating a weld line/component shape optimization analysis model 156 (S8); setting an optimization analysis condition (S9); and providing the fluctuation load condition to the weld line/component shape optimization analysis model 156, performing optimization analysis, and determining optimum placement of a weld line 157 for achieving the optimization analysis condition (S11).
