Abstract:
An automotive carpet, having an automotive carpet body formed by molding thermoplastic plastics or thermoplastic rubber, the body being in a sheet shape and being flexible to be easily bent, a plurality of cutting grooves cutting the shape of the sheet body to fit the floor shape of an automobile being provided in an edge region of the sheet body on a front face thereof; the portion, of the sheet body, corresponding to a fixing hook on the automobile floor being provided with a fixing groove or a fixing hole for allowing the fixing hook to pass through so as to fix the automobile carpet; and the bottom surface of the sheet body being provided with a plurality of anti-slide cones for preventing the automobile carpet from sliding relative to the automobile floor, the cone tips of the anti-slide cones facing downward, the base surface of the anti-slide cones being connected to the sheet-shaped body. The automotive carpet has the advantages of matching the carpet shape with the shape of automobile interior floor, and preventing the carpet laid on the automobile interior floor from falling off or sliding. Further disclosed is a method of manufacturing an automotive carpet.
