Abstract:
An automotive gear lubricating oil prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 93-103 parts of a neopentyl polyol ester; 3-8 parts of sodium sulfite; 4-7 parts of a borate ester; 2.6-4.7 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene carbonate; 4-7 parts of a dialkyl pentasulfide; 1-2.4 parts of dibutyl hydroxyl toluene; 3-6 parts of potassium metaborate; 4-7 parts of star of phosphorus; 6-9.4 parts of polydimethylsiloxane; and 5.2-6.9 parts of oleamide. Said lubricating oil has the advantages of excellent abrasion resistance at an extreme pressure, high loading capacity, being suitable for a high-load vehicle gear oil, and being also suitable for high-load and medium-load industrial gear oils.
