Abstract:
The present invention relates to a robot provided with: an action-determining section for selecting the actions of a robot; a driving mechanism for executing the action selected by the action-determining unit; a body temperature-detecting section for detecting the user's basal body temperature; and a physical condition-assessing section for assessing the user's physical condition on the basis of the user's basal body temperature cycle. When the user's basal body temperature reaches a prescribed time for concern in the basal body temperature cycle, the robot changes the amount of action thereof.
