Abstract:
Provided is a robot, comprising an operation control unit which determines an execution trajectory which is a movement path of the robot, and a drive mechanism which moves the robot along the execution trajectory. Before an event occurs, the robot generates a plan trajectory which corresponds to the event. If the event has actually occurred while moving along the execution trajectory, the robot moves along the plan trajectory, not the execution trajectory. A plurality of plan trajectories are generated sequentially with respect to one event, and when a plurality of plan trajectories have been generated when the event has occurred, one of the plan trajectories is selected from thereamong.
