Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a specification unit 121 that specifies a plurality of travel routes from when a vehicle travels in each of a plurality of lanes, including a lane in which the vehicle is currently traveling; a calculation unit 122 that calculates, for each of the travel routes, a function value in a cost function for evaluating the travel route, the calculation unit 122 including, as parameters, the road length for each of the plurality of travel routes, the risk of impact on each of the plurality of travel routes specified by the specification unit, and an adjustment value corresponding to each of the plurality of travel routes; and a selection unit 123 that, on the basis of the function value calculated by the calculation unit 122, selects a lane in which the vehicle is to travel.
