Abstract:
Disclosed is an autonomous heat extraction cooling structure for a high-speed motor. The structure comprises a front end cap, a rear end cap, a housing, and an air discharge shell. An inner surface of the front end cap is provided with an air hole. Centers of inner surfaces of the front end cap and the rear end cap are movably connected to a first rotor shaft and a second rotor shaft via a bearing, respectively. Outer surfaces of the first rotor shaft and the second rotor shaft are provided with a stator, and a magnetic steel member is disposed between the first rotor shaft and the second rotor shaft. The present invention provides the air hole on the inner surface of the front end cap, and controls, by means of the actions of the housing, a retaining plate in the shell, an impeller, and an opening, the temperature of the rotor shafts and bearing to be within a range in which operations are not affected, thereby improving stability and safety of the entire unit. In addition, the present structure solves the problems of heat dissipation and cooling of high-speed motor stators, rotors, and bearings without changing the structure of high-speed motors, thereby alleviating a temperature increase problem of high-speed motors without additional apparatuses.
