Abstract:
Provided is a mechanism for implementing the operation safety of an autonomous system which is provided with an autonomous operation verification device having a function of determining the satisfiability of an expected operation and a safety requirement under a predetermined operation-time precondition and anticipatorily determining the possibility of occurrence of a hazard that violates the safety requirement, and which operates in an open environment. Further provided is a function of determining whether the expected operation and operation safety are satisfiable or not if a planned operation is provided by an operation planning means, and evaluating the operation safety of the planned operation during operation. Furthermore provided is an autonomous system having a function of recovering the operation safety by calculating an alternative operation using the anticipatory determining function to thereby avoid the hazard.
