Abstract:
The disclosed auxiliary device, which is of a circuit breaker and which may be an external operation handle device and/or an undervoltage release device, is configured with the undervoltage release device separated into two modules that are an electromagnetic release unit (7) and a quick-closing contact unit (8), and the release unit (7) is set inside the case (1e) of the circuit breaker (1). Furthermore, the quick-closing contact unit (8) is externally attached to the base (3) of the external operation handle device (2), the limit switch (8a) of the quick-closing contact is linked to the sliding base (6) of the external operation handle device, and the aforementioned quick-closing contact unit is caused to close at an earlier stage than the closing of the main circuit contact of the circuit breaker (1) while turning ON the rotary handle (4) of the external operation handle device (2), corresponding to the optional specifications of an included quick-closing contact function.
