Abstract:
Provided is an auxiliary device for full-circle panoramic video imaging, said device being capable of easily setting the nodal point of a camera to a position on an axis of rotation, so that the nodal point does not move even if the direction of the camera is changed. So that parallax-free images can be taken even if the camera is rotated during filming and the direction of the camera (10) is changed to an arbitrary direction, the auxiliary device is provided with a camera body retaining part (16) and, in an equidistant plane centered on the nodal point (14) of the camera, a camera attachment part (34). Regardless of the angle the camera makes as a result of the way in which the camera attachment part (34) is mounted to a camera support mechanism part, the nodal point (14) of the camera remains at a fixed location.
