Abstract:
An auxiliary device for testing moisture and heat properties of a fabric. The auxiliary device comprises: a workbench (100), which is provided with a mounting frame (110); a first fabric fixing plate (120), which is fixedly arranged on the workbench (100); a second fabric fixing plate (130), which is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame (110); a rotating member (140), which is rotatably connected between the first fabric fixing plate (120) and the second fabric fixing plate (130); a simulation block (200), which is detachably connected to the rotating member (140) and is provided with a simulation layer (210); and a rotating electric motor (150), which is connected to the rotating member (140). A moisture and heat test cavity (160) is enclosed by a fabric to be tested (400), the first fabric fixing plate (120) and the second fabric fixing plate (130), and the moisture and heat test cavity (160) is provided with a wet hot air supply device (300) and a temperature and humidity sensor group. After wet hot air is introduced into the moisture and heat test cavity (160), the simulation block (200) rotates, so as to accurately simulate the moisture and heat properties of the fabric to be tested (400) in the use environment thereof. Therefore, the accuracy of test results is increased, and the test results are ensured to be accurate and valid, thereby solving the problem that the test results cannot be well consistent with the moisture and heat properties of a fabric in an actual use environment, resulting in low-accuracy test results, or even invalid test results.
