Abstract:
Disclosed are an auxiliary discharging device for sludge treatment and a forming mechanism therefor, comprising a workbench (1), wherein supporting plates (11) are fixedly arranged at the tops of two sides of the workbench, strip-shaped grooves are provided in the middles of one side of the two supporting plates, first sliding grooves are provided in two sides of inner walls of the two strip-shaped grooves, and the four first sliding grooves are slidably connected to four sliding blocks correspondingly. The mechanism is provided with a centrifugal disc (18), the centrifugal disc is driven to rotate by means of an output end of a driving electric motor, and sludge in a discharging groove (30) is rapidly formed and extruded. The mechanism is driven by a set driving mechanism to adjust the height of a discharging box, such that the problem that a discharging mechanism cannot adjust the height of the discharging mechanism according to machines of different sizes is solved, thereby avoiding the contamination of the machine by the sludge due to a discharging gap; and the mechanism overcomes the defect that a machining speed is low in the prior art, and the machining efficiency of sludge forming is improved.
