An auxiliary hair growing device (1) which is designed to comprise an ozonized air generating means for generating an ozone-containing air stream, a heating means (6) for generating an air stream heated to a set temperature, a cooling means (5) for cooling the posterior region of a neck, and a controlling means for controlling the ozonized air generating means, the heating means and the cooling means on a prescribed time schedule.
