Abstract:
An auxiliary inverter for a locomotive, and control method. The auxiliary inverter for a locomotive comprises: a voltage output circuit and a control circuit. The control circuit comprises: a separation module for positive and negative sequence voltages, a Park transform device, a PI controller, and a control pulse generator. By performing coordinate transformation on a three-phase output voltage outputted by the voltage output circuit, and further performing positive and negative sequence separation, the positive and negative sequence components are independently controlled to prevent generation of a fluctuating component, such that the PI controller can perform regulation without a steady-state error, thus ensuring balanced three-phase output voltages, and enabling the three-phase three-leg inverter-based auxiliary inverter for a locomotive to be suitable for an unbalanced load without adding hardware.
