An auxiliary machine driver decreasing the scale of the whole system, producible at a reduced manufacturing cost, and improving the merchantability. The auxiliary machine driver (1) comprises armatures (6a) circumferentially arranged, a stator (6) having permanent magnets (5a) and first and second cores (7a, 7b), a first rotor (5), and a second rotor (7). One of the first and second rotors (5, 7) is connected to an auxiliary machine (22), and the other to an internal combustion engine (21). When the polarity of the first armature magnetic pole of one of the armatures (6a) is different from that of the first magnetic pole of the permanent magnet (5a) opposed to the one armature (6a), the polarity of the second armature magnetic pole of the armature (6a) is the same as that of the second magnetic pole of the permanent magnet (5a) opposed thereto. When the first core (7a) is positioned between the first magnetic pole and the first armature magnetic pole, the second core (7b) is positioned between the two sets of the second armature magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole adjacent in the circumferential direction.
