Abstract:
An auxiliary marking tape laying vehicle for laser scanning of the morphology of a long-span bridge. The laying vehicle (3) comprises a laying portion (2), a guide portion (4) and a force transmission portion (5), wherein the laying portion (2) is fixed to the top of the laying vehicle (3); a roller wheel (9) is provided at the top of the laying portion (2); the guide portion (4) is arranged at the bottom of the laying vehicle (3); the force transmission portion (5) is fixed to an outer side of the laying vehicle (3); a winding shaft (17) is arranged above the guide portion (4); the surface of a marking tape (1) in contact with the bridge is a rubber magnetic layer (7), and the other surface of the marking tape (1) is provided with reflection horn-shaped members (8) having protrusions; and the reflection horn-shaped members (8) serve as teeth, such that one end of the marking tape (1) is connected to the roller wheel (9) by means of the teeth, and the other end of the marking tape (1) is connected to the winding shaft (17) by means of the teeth. The marking tape (1) is mounted at the bottom of a girder of the long-span bridge, and a plurality of protrusions formed by the reflection horn-shaped members (8) of the marking tape are used for providing more reflection faces for laser light to improve the reflection effect, thereby improving the working efficiency and accuracy of a three-dimensional laser scanner.
