Abstract:

An auxiliary power supply for vehicle in which use frequency of a starting section is minimized and a power converting section can be stopped normally even when power cannot be obtained normally from the output of the power converting section by starting power supply immediately from the starting section to a control section. The auxiliary power supply for vehicle comprises the power converting section for supplying a DC load with first DC power from a stringing while converting into second DC power, the starting section for converting the first power from the stringing into third DC power, an output section connected with the power converting section and the starting section and outputting either the second power or the third power, and the control section for controlling the power converting section by receiving the output from the output section.
