An avatar-based interaction service method performed in a computer system comprising a service provider terminal, a first user terminal, and a second user terminal, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: in a non-face-to-face conversation environment between a service provider in the service provider terminal and a first user in the first user terminal, providing an interaction service to the first user terminal through an avatar reflecting an image and voice of the service provider, from the service provider terminal; on the basis of a pre-stored learning model, learning responses of the service provider to the first user; and providing an interaction service to the second user terminal by generating an artificial intelligence (AI) avatar on the basis of a trained learning model.
