Abstract:
An axial constant-pressure floating device, comprising a floating shaft (1), a constant-pressure outer cylinder (2), a constant-pressure inner cylinder (3), and a floating piston (4). The constant-pressure inner cylinder (3) and the floating piston (4) respectively are sleeved outside the floating shaft (1); the constant-pressure outer cylinder (2) is sleeved outside the constant-pressure inner cylinder(3) and the floating piston (4); a cavity is formed between the constant-pressure outer cylinder (2) and the constant-pressure inner cylinder (3); one end of the floating piston (4) is fixedly connected to the floating shaft (1), and the other end of the floating piston is located within the cavity and divides the cavity into a first cavity (5) and a second cavity (6); a first air inlet (7) and a second air inlet (8) are formed in the side wall of the constant-pressure outer cylinder (2); the first air inlet (7) communicates with the first cavity (5), and the second air inlet (8) communicates with the second cavity (6). According to the axial constant-pressure floating device, axial floating of the floating shaft can be realized; the pressure within a range where floating is formed is constant; and constant-pressure floating can be realized. In the field of grinding, constant-pressure float grinding can be realized.
