Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an axial magnetic field electric motor and a stator thereof. The stator comprises: an iron core, the iron core comprising a yoke and a plurality of teeth arranged on the yoke at intervals in a circumferential direction; and a winding, the winding comprising a plurality of coil assemblies and a spanning wire circuit board, wherein each tooth is sleeved with one coil assembly, the spanning wire circuit board is provided with a plurality of positioning holes, which are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, and each tooth is correspondingly inserted into one positioning hole, so that the coil assemblies can be pressed between the spanning wire circuit board and the yoke under the action of dead weight of the iron core, and the coil assemblies are welded to the spanning wire circuit board. A positioning tool does not need to be additionally designed, thus simplifying the assembly process and reducing the cost; not only is the axial size of the stator reduced, but the size of air gaps is also guaranteed; and the finished product quality is greatly improved, thereby increasing the production efficiency and the product qualification rate.
