Abstract:
An axial piston pump excellent in workability and production efficiency and high in pump efficiency, comprising a cylinder block (3), piston (2), swash plate (4), valve plate (5) and main shaft (6), all housed in a casing (1), wherein a cylindrical member (13) is fitted in the piston bore of a cylinder block (3), and a plate (11) formed with a cocoon-shape hole is mounted on the end surface on the valve plate side of the cylinder block (3).
