Abstract:
An axial sorting method with permanent magnet drum eccentric inner surface comprises the following steps: the sorted materials flowing through the field intensity of the inner surface of a rotating eccentric drum (2) and the sorted materials in a gradient area are absorbed by use of the energy of the inner surface of a rotating permanent magnet drum (1), the materials with lower specific susceptibility flow out from a low magneic material outlet (9) through a sorted material channel (14) formed by the eccentric drum (2) and the outer surface of the arc-shaped drum of a field intensity gradient regulating mechanism (5), the materials with higher specific susceptibility are absorbed on the rotating eccentric drum (2). The materials with higher specific susceptibility are stripped off in an area with higher eccentricity, fall into a high magnetic silo (7), flow to a high magnetic material outlet (8) and then are collected. An axial sorting device with permanent magnet drum eccentric inner surface is provided.
