Abstract:
Disclosed is an axially movable magnetic shielding-type permanent magnetic speed regulator, comprising a conductor rotor (19), a permanent magnetic rotor (34), and an axially movable magnetic shielding mechanism. The axially movable magnetic shielding mechanism comprises an axial shielding structure and a magnetic flux adjusting structure. The axial shielding structure is connected to the magnetic flux adjusting structure. Axial movement of the magnetic flux adjusting structure is achieved by a transmission mechanism formed of a screw (12), a nut (11) and a guide rod (22). By applying the magnetic shielding principle, the axial position of the axial shielding structure is adjusted. Compared with the adjustment of the whole permanent magnetic rotor (34), the axial force required to be overcome is greatly reduced, the output torque of the magnetic flux adjusting structure is accordingly greatly reduced, and the whole adjusting structure is simpler and smaller.
