Abstract:
The present invention provides a baby carriage having an automatic braking function using a smart key, wherein, when the baby carriage gets away from a protector by a predetermined distance due to the protector's carelessness or an external cause, the wheels of the baby carriage are automatically controlled to be braked, so that the risk of accident is minimized, thereby ensuring safety. The baby carriage having an automatic braking function using a smart key according to the present invention, as described above, is configured to detect a distance between the baby carriage and the smart key carried by a protector through a communication module which is provided on the baby carriage, and to automatically brake the wheels of the baby carriage when the smart key gets out of a predetermined distance range from the baby carriage. Accordingly, a processor for restricting the movement of the baby carriage does not require the protector's handling, so that the protector can drive the baby carriage without inconvenience. In addition, the danger of an accident by collision between a moving protector and a suddenly braking baby carriage is eliminated, so that it is possible to further enhance the safety of the baby carriage.
