Provided is a baby's inflatable protection casing for a sleep in a same bed. The baby's protection casing comprises inflating guardrails (1). The inflating guardrails (1) define a fence structure capable of surrounding a baby. A drag belt (2) that has a width of 2 centimeters to 8 centimeters and that is used for connecting an inner wall and an outer wall is disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the inflating guardrails, so as to divide an inflated space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall into mutually communicating compartments, and to limit the distance between the inner wall and the outer wall. Inflating valves (3) are disposed on the inflating guardrails. The baby's protection casing can prevent an adult from pressing a baby or prevent articles on a bed from covering the face when the baby is in a sleep with the adult, thereby preventing the body from being hurt or suffocated, and accordingly effectively protecting the safety of the baby.
