Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a Bacillus coagulans PA strain for producing a large amount of polyamine; and a polyamine preparation method using same. The Bacillus coagulans PA strain of the present invention proliferates in anaerobic intestines and can consistently produce a large amount of polyamine and supply same to the human body when spores, themselves, are ingested, and thus the strain, spores thereof, culture products thereof or fermentation products thereof, of the present invention, can be applied and used as a food, a feed and the like that can produce polyamine, especially spermidine, with high efficiency, and can also be effectively used as a functional material for hair growth promotion and skin improvement.
