Abstract:
Bacillus subtilis FNFH_BS06 and the use thereof, which belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. On the one hand, provided is Bacillus subtilis FNFH_BS06, with the deposit number of CGMCC No.24836, and on the other hand, provided is the use of Bacillus subtilis FNFH_BS06. The strain is inoculated to soybean meal for fermentation, an antigen protein in the soybean meal can be substantially completely degraded, wherein the degradation rate of glycinin reaches 95%, the degradation rate of β-conglycinin reaches 90%, and the content of water-soluble protein is increased by 652%, so that the total protein content and protein solubility of the fermented soybean meal can be significantly increased, and the protein utilization rate of the soybean meal is significantly increased, thereby improving the nutritional value of the soybean meal, and reaching a leading level in the field of fermenting the soybean meal by means of using microorganisms.
