Abstract:
Provided are a bacillus velezensis, a culture method therefor and an application thereof in prevention and treatment of microbial diseases of sweet cherries and preservation and fresh-keeping of post-harvest. The preservation number of the bacillus velezensis TA-3-BV is CGMCC NO.20398, and the inhibition rate of rhizopus stolonifer, the pathogen of sweet cherry soft rot disease can reach 69.82±1.43%.
