Abstract:
This back contact solar cell is provided with: an impurity-containing region (2) of a first conductivity type and an impurity-containing region (3) of a second conductivity type, which are provided in a first surface (1b) of a semiconductor substrate (1) of the first conductivity type or the second conductivity type; and a silicon nitride film (7) which is provided on a second surface (1a) of the semiconductor substrate (1). The mass ratio of nitrogen in the silicon nitride film (7) is 0.38 or less.
