Abstract:
A back mold core for anti-falling ceramic tile production, comprising a mold core panel in which through holes are formed on iron pieces of mold core panel groove cavities, a mold core back plate having elastic rubber recess holes and shoulder screw slide rod guide holes, mold core face vulcanized rubber which is provided with corrugated vulcanized rubber at corresponding positions of the mold core panel groove cavities, is integrally formed, and covers the front face of the mold core panel, embossed insert teeth inserted into the mold core panel groove cavities, PU elastic rubber or springs elastically opening the mold core panel and the mold core back plate, and shoulder screws positioning and limiting movement strokes of the mold core panel and the mold core back plate. A circle of dust-proof seal overlapping having a height greater than the movement strokes is provided on the outermost side of a contact face of the mold core panel or the mold core back plate. A combined back mold core for anti-falling ceramic tile production, comprising a combined mold core frame, a plurality of movable mold core member recess holes, combined mold core surface vulcanized rubber which is hollowed-out at the corresponding positions of the movable mold core member recess holes, and back mold cores for anti-falling ceramic tile production having the same number as the movable mold core member recess holes.
