Abstract:
The present invention lies in the field of liquid crystal display technology and discloses a back plate (1), comprising a sheet metal member (11) having a hollow construction, and a heat-dissipating aluminium extrusion (12) connected to an end portion of the sheet metal member (11), the heat-dissipating aluminium extrusion (12) comprising a lateral light source connecting portion (121) mounted with a light source (2) and a sheet metal member connecting portion (122) connected to the lateral light source connecting portion (121), and the sheet metal member connecting portion (122) being in contact with a surface of the sheet metal member (11), wherein the heat-dissipating aluminium extrusion (12) further comprises two heat dissipating extensions (123a, 123b) respectively provided at both ends of the sheet metal member connecting portion (122) and extending in the length direction of the sheet metal member (11). The heat dissipating extensions (123a, 123b) provided at both ends of the heat dissipating aluminium extrusion (12) are able to extend in the length direction of the sheet metal member (11), such that the heat dissipation effect of corner regions is enhanced, thereby the heat dissipation uniformity of the light source (2) mounted on the heat-dissipating aluminium extrusion (12) can be improved; and when the heat-dissipating extrusion is applied to a liquid crystal display device, the stress concentration degree in corner regions of a liquid crystal panel can be reduced so as to facilitate prolonging the service life of the liquid crystal panel.
