Abstract:
A back roller and a preparation method therefor, and a coating machine having the back roller. A back roller (100) comprises: a roller body (10) and a wear-resistant layer (20). The roller body (10) has an axis (15) and a roller surface (11) arranged around the axis (15). The wear-resistant layer (20) covers the roller surface (11); wherein the Vickers hardness of the wear-resistant layer (20) is denoted as H, and 800HV ≤ H ≤ 1400HV. The wear-resistant layer (20) is coated on the roller surface (11), and the Vickers hardness H of the wear-resistant layer (20) is controlled to be between 800HV and 1400HV, so that the roller surface (11) is effectively protected, and the wear resistance thereof improved. In the operation process, by having the wear-resistant layer (20) be in direct contact with the material, the abrasion loss of the roller surface (11) can be effectively reduced, prolonging the service life thereof. Providing a wear-resistant layer (20) on the roller surface (11) likewise avoids abrasion loss to the outer surface of the back roller (100) causing specification-exceeding jumping movement, thereby helping to ensure operational accuracy.
