Abstract:
The present invention discloses a backlight adjustment method. The backlight adjustment method comprises the following steps: acquiring, according to current geographical location information of a terminal, a corresponding backlight gain curve, wherein the backlight gain curve comprises a mapping relationship between respective time points and backlight gain values; querying, according to the current time point, a corresponding backlight gain value on the backlight gain curve; and adjusting, according to said backlight gain value, a backlight intensity of the terminal. The present invention also provides a backlight adjustment device. The present invention reduces operation difficulty of backlight adjustment.
