Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a backlight control circuit, method and terminal device, the backlight control circuit comprising: a charging circuit, a first switch circuit, a first adjusting circuit and a processor; the charging circuit is used to receive a first voltage inputted by a power source and input a second voltage obtained by means of conversion processing into a battery; the charging circuit is further used to input a preset voltage to the first switch circuit by means of a preset end, the preset voltage being a voltage that has not been subject to adjustment by a second adjusting circuit of the charging circuit; the processor is used to control the first switch circuit to turn on when detected that an input end of the charging circuit has a voltage; and the first adjusting circuit is used to adjust the preset voltage according to the voltage of a backlight module when the first switch circuit is turned on and to input a third voltage obtained by adjustment into the backlight module, so as to control the display brightness of the backlight module by means of the third voltage, thus improving the conversion efficiency of a backlight power source of a mobile phone.
