Abstract:
A backlight control circuit (30), which is used for driving a surface light-emitting apparatus (20). The backlight control circuit (30) comprises a driving circuit (306), wherein the driving circuit (306) is used for generating a plurality of driving currents so as to drive the surface light-emitting apparatus (20), so that a plurality of backlight blocks of the surface light-emitting apparatus (20) generate a plurality of luminance values. Each backlight block includes at least one light source (208), which is used for emitting light. The surface light-emitting apparatus (20) is at least divided into a first backlight region and a second backlight region, wherein compared with the first backlight region, the second backlight region is closer to an edge of the surface light-emitting apparatus (20). A first driving current among the plurality of driving currents is used for driving a light source (208) of the first backlight region, and a second driving current among the plurality of driving currents is used for driving a light source (208) of the second backlight region, wherein the second driving current is greater than the first driving current.
