Abstract:
Disclosed are a backlight module, a display device, and a manufacturing method of a backlight module. The backlight module comprises a substrate, a backlight source provided at the substrate, and a silicon membrane covering a light exit surface of the backlight source. The silicon membrane has an arc-shaped cross section perpendicular to the substrate so as to diffuse light rays emitted from the backlight source. Using a silicon membrane having an arc-shaped cross section to cover a surface of a backlight source increases a light exit angle of the backlight source, thereby achieving a target light mixing effect at a shorter light mixing distance, and reducing the thickness of a backlight module.
